We have an exciting opportunity for a leisure assistant to join our team at our Family Entertainment Centre including a huge hybrid bounce park including trampolines, obstacle courses and interactive games based in Broadstairs, Kent - The Ultimate bounce park!
Shifts are weekend only with overtime available.
As a leisure assistant your role and responsibilities are:
- Meeting and greeting all customers
- Deal with customers enquires around the park
- Help customers use the park safely
- To adhere to the health and safety procedures and report any issues
- Follow scheduled cleaning procedures and clean 'on the go' ensuring the park's standards are at the highest level
- Adhere to the Company Health & Safety Policy and Standard Operating Procedures to ensure the safety of customers and staff.
- Set up, dismantle and maintain equipment
Essential skills and qualities:
- The ability to work well with people
- Good verbal communication skills
- Flexible and reliable
- Keen to learn new skills
- Willingness to work overtime if needed
This is a customer facing role so good customer service skills is essential.
All training will be given & there will be development opportunities and a chance to progress through the company.
Job Type: Part-time
