As our Admin Assistant, you’d be providing essential support to the product team via a wide variety of tasks, including:
- Raising purchase orders promptly and accurately, following the order process from authorisation to delivery, communicating any issues to the Buyer.
- Managing commitment intake and shipment logistics with suppliers.
- Setting up new products on all systems accurately.
- Arranging product testing, ensuring compliance with all relevant legislations. Requesting BOM information, producing technical documents and carrying out product risk assessments.
- Carrying out QC checks on stock
- Keeping product files accurate and updated ahead of new launches, communicating details to the wider teams.
- Managing receipt of samples into the business and approval process with the Buyer, providing feedback to suppliers and keeping our sample library stocked and organised.
- Preparing samples for external meetings, sample sales, trade shows, press days and photoshoots.
