The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Business Support Manager to lead and coordinate essential support across the Estates Department. This is a pivotal role, focused on delivering high-quality, efficient and proactive support, while developing a collaborative Estates culture.
As a member of the Estates Business Services team, you will contribute to continuous service improvement, ensure best practice is embedded, and lead on new initiatives that keep our business support function agile, responsive and customer-focused.
This post is full-time (35 hours per week). We are also open to considering requests for hybrid working (on a non-contractual basis) that combines a mix of regular on-campus (minimum of 3 days per week) and remote working.
The salary for this post is Grade UE07: £41,064 to £ £48,822 per annum.
