Business Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Business Support Administrator to join Mansfield North Family Hub Network, within Mansfield District.
The Mansfield North Family Hub Network (including, but not limited to the following sites): Mansfield Woodhouse Family Hub, NG19 8BT and Warsop Family Hub, NG20 0AN.
This is a great time to join our team as locally we are transforming our Children’s Centre Service into Family Hub Networks. Our work with children 0-5 years, and their families, remains part of our core offer, and we will be expanding our service offer to 0-19 years.
We are looking for a dynamic individual to join the team to undertake a range of administrative duties. You will need to:
- Be well organised and able to demonstrate initiative
- Demonstrate a flexible approach to changing work demands
- Possess problem-solving skills
- Demonstrate good communication skills
- Work well as part of a team
You will also need to be skilled in using a range of IT software including MS Word, Excel, Teams and SharePoint; training will be given on specialist systems that are used within the service. The role will require accurate data inputting.
You will be aware of the importance of maintaining confidentiality and acting within the General Data Protection Regulations.
Please note that this is an office-based role due to the need of welcoming families with children, and young people into the building. You will need to hold a driving licence and access to your own vehicle (a taxi service will be provided where disability precludes this); as there will be a need to travel between sites.
The work pattern for this post is Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday morning.
Previous applicants need not apply.
Disabled applicants who meet the essential shortlisting requirements will be guaranteed an interview. A job share scheme is available for all full-time posts: both permanent and temporary, unless otherwise stated. We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults and we expect all staff to share this commitment and undergo appropriate checks.
