Business Support Administrator
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Business Support Administrator to provide support to the Early Years and Family Hubs team. The role will require you to administer the Early Years funding for 2, 3 & 4 year old children and the Early Years Inclusion Funding process where a key eye for detail is required. You will be part of a team providing administrative support to the colleagues in the Early Years team and also to Early Years providers within Nottinghamshire.
You will be working in a busy and high profile environment where there is regular contact with the service and customers to help deliver a number of initiatives.
You will be confident, motivated, enthusiastic and possess the following:-
- Proven administrative experience with excellent IT skills, highly competent in Microsoft Office and SharePoint
- Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships
- A keen understanding of GDPR
- The ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, but also work on own initiative when required
- The ability to organise and prioritise work effectively, be flexible and meet deadlines
- The ability to organise meetings and take clear and accurate minutes along with other associated tasks
