The Post Holder will
1) Will provide business support and general office management to deliver high quality, comprehensive support to a number of managers across the department in line with the day to day running of the Department
2) Provide day to day supervision to other administrative and clerical staff members ensuring workflows are communicated and actioned accordingly.
3) Support the overall agenda of the Department, prioritising own workload, as required.
4) Support a seamless delivery of services by providing cross cover working at other Departmental sites across the organisation, St George’s Hospital, Haywood Hospital and The Redwoods Centre.
5) Participate in service and quality development initiatives, such as audits, protocols and guidelines.
6) Assist the planning and organisation of business support, including scheduling and supporting meetings.
