About the role
We have two positions with one being based out of our Straiton Office with the other based at Newton Stewart and sits within the South Region Business Services team. As part of the role, you’ll provide administrative support to the various functions across the South Region including Civil Engineering, Renewables, Specialised Projects, Visitor Services as well generalised daily support to the whole region.
About you
You will have demonstrable experience of working in an administrative role, where you will evidence your ability to organise and maintain mailboxes. You will be practiced in dealing with enquiries from members of the public in a professional manner and you will be a competent user of Microsoft applicaitons, specifically excel, word and outlook.
