This role will offer significant exposure to the operational functions across the multi-site contract and is an opportunity to influence at all levels of the business.
What you’ll be doing…
- Providing general administration support to our Admin, Payroll & Finance teams
- Payroll support (staff wages, staffing queries, allocation of mobile staff daily, etc)
- Administrative support (Medical Diet support, general office administration support, etc)
- Finance support (cash handling, invoice checking, supplier & customer queries, etc)
- Flexibility to prioritise support to above roles where needed
What can you bring?
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work on own initiative, effectively prioritise workload & meet business deadlines
- Strong communication skills
- Knowledge/experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc)
