At Liftmaster Ltd, we’re on the lookout for a tech-savvy problem solver to become our go-to Business Central Support Specialist. If you're passionate about making systems work smarter and smoother, and you’ve got hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, this could be your next move. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting our multi-site operations, acting as the first point of contact for system users and ensuring our business-critical platforms run like clockwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st line support for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (BC), including user queries, data issues, permission management, and troubleshooting.
- Support multiple business units across various UK sites.
- Manage support requests and help maintain our support infrastructure.
- Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and assist with system configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Assist in training new users on Business Central processes and best practices.
- Document processes, known issues, solutions, and system changes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation using Business Central and tools like Power Automate.
Skills
- Proven experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong understanding of core ERP modules: Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Inventory.
- Demonstrated proficiency in maintaining professional phone etiquette.
- Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Desirable
- Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), Dynamics 365 Sales & Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Exposure to Business Central customisations/extensions (e.g., AL code).
- Experience creating document layouts in Business Central (RDLC).
- Background in supporting end users in a dynamic business environment.
- Understanding of ERP best practices and business process mapping.
- Ability to support integrations with other systems (e.g., Power Platform apps)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to £32,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 36 per week
