Apprenticeship summary
Duties required:
- Ensure all sales administration, production and order forms are accurate
- Dealing with customer enquiries via telephone and email
- Proactively updating customer orders
- Providing technical support to customers queries (following training)
- Preparing and updating sales quotations
- Providing administrative support to other departments
- Delivering high levels of customer service at all times
- Contacting customers via telephone or email

Desired qualifications
GCSE Maths and English 9-4 (A-C) grade or equivalent preferred. Candidates without English and Maths GCSE 9-4 (A-C) grade or Functional Skills Level 2 must achieve this as part of their apprenticeship. Candidates will be required to undertake initial assessment with the college.
