About the role:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Admin Apprentice to join our Apprenticeships and Commercial department here at our York campus.
This role will be working 37 hours per week on an 18-month fixed contract.
It will include enrolling to a Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship where you will attend York College every Monday as per there timetabling expectations.
We are seeking an individual who will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day functions of the Apprenticeship and Commercial Department.
Your Responsibilities:
- Support all enrolment registrations, assessments and certificates are delivered in a timely manner for internal and external customers in relation to departments.
- Source, process and arrange course bookings for clients with the ability to use our data processes that are in place.
- Assist the compliance officer with the EPA registrations and bookings within the apprenticeship team.
- Understand and learn ESFA compliance rules in relation to apprenticeship role.
- Support the team with ILR uploads and compliance within the apprenticeship department.
Requirements:
- A keen interest in business admin is essential
- Grade 4’s in English and Maths is essential
- A prior qual in Business admin is desirable but not essential
- Competent use of IT / Microsoft is also essential
