About the Role
As a Business Administration Support, you’ll play a key role in both the day-to-day running and strategic growth of the business. You’ll gain hands-on experience across a variety of areas, including operations, client relationship management, sales, recruitment, and care coordination.
This is a rare opportunity to build a foundation in business operations while doing meaningful work that changes lives every day.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing care staff rotas and client schedules to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Supporting and mentoring staff to maintain exceptional care standards.
- Delivering outstanding customer service and building trusted relationships with clients and families.
- Assessing client needs and planning care to meet those needs effectively.
- Playing an active role in recruiting and onboarding care staff.
- Leading or supporting local marketing, business development, and growth projects.
- Helping ensure that every prospective client is given the opportunity to receive care when they need it.
What We’re Looking For:
- A Business and Administration Degree or equivalent experience.
- A strong work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond to get results.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- A calm, problem-solving mindset with the ability to think on your feet.
- A genuine interest in working in a people-focused, fast-paced environment.
- A drive to grow with the business and play a central role in its ongoing success.
