BULLGOGI Korean BBQ – New Opening in Piccadilly Gardens, Manchester
We’re excited to announce the opening of BULLGOGI, a vibrant Korean BBQ restaurant, launching this September in Piccadilly Gardens! We’re building a friendly, hardworking, and supportive team to bring great food and great service to the heart of Manchester.
We are looking for full-time and part-time Hall Staff who are enthusiastic, customer-focused, and ready to be part of something new. Our rotas are done weekly, allowing us to offer flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle.
What We Offer:
- £12.25 per hour + tips & service charge

Your Responsibilities:
- Provide a warm, enthusiastic welcome to guests as they arrive
- Present and explain our menu using our tablet ordering system, making recommendations
- Serve food and drinks promptly and accurately
- Change BBQ grills on tables during service to ensure quality dining
- Deliver attentive and caring customer service so guests have the best experience possible
- Upsell additional menu items when appropriate
- Work closely with the kitchen team for smooth service
- Handle guest queries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Keep the dining area clean, tidy, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions
- Knowledge of food safety guidelines (training will be provided)
