KEY JOB ROLE AND SERVICE-RELATED ACCOUNTABILITIES
Understand the strategic business plan and how learning projects and qualifications support the achievement of strategic business objectives in particular those concerning competency and performance.
Deliver face to face and online training to students, provide timely tutor support, mark assessments, and provide feedback in line with the requirements of associated accrediting institutions.
Develop and nurture collaborative and constructive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, consultants, and trainers.
Provide technical expertise and support in the creation, development, quality assurance,
implementation, and improvement of CPD courses, qualifications, competencies, certifications, learning pathways and proactively deliver a continuous regular schedule of learning and guidance assets.
Research, assess and benchmark the national competencies and learning needs of internal (members) and external stakeholders such as construction professionals, fire service professionals, homeowners, and the wider construction industry.
Identify and justify opportunities to provide appropriate learning interventions that meet learning needs and aim to bridge competency gaps.
Analyse current building control skills and competency levels and create a best practice framework into which aspirational learning pathways can be developed for all levels of professionals within building control.
Contribute to the continual improvement and validation of competence and the licensing of all Building Control Professionals and Teams by providing learning that meets the needs of individuals working towards their competency validations.
Initiate and provide a continuous flow of technical, general, and legislative guidance for surveyors, managers and all other identified audiences in accordance with technical and legislative policy.

Pay: £60,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
