You will be responsible for administering the submission of new Building Control Applications, including the upkeep and maintenance of electronic case files using a Uniform Database and an IDOX Document Management System.
The post also involves managing and busy Service email inbox, answering calls and assisting customers with fee calculations and the completion of their application.
Thorough training will be provided, applicants should have the ability to work as a member of a team and have excellent communication and IT skills.
You will be mainly based in East Pallant House, Chichester, but will be able to work flexibly, both from the office and from home, subject to service needs.
