We are seeking a Breakfast Cook/Chef to join our team at Sella Park Hotel, 5 mornings a week, varied days
Must be able to reliably get to the property as an early start is required no live in accommodation is available with this position
General duties,
- Ensure that the preparation, cooking and service of all items on our breakfast menu are carried out
- Carry out all preparation for the service of breakfast.
- Prepare the items for the cold and continental buffet, maintaining constant fresh items from day to day
- Prepare, cook and serve as required for the menu each day
- Support the kitchen team with preparation of main menu items as required and other general duties whilst on shift
- Accept deliveries, in accordance the Food Safety Regulations,
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From £13.75 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week
