Job Summary:
An exciting opportunity to join our Bakery Team as a Baker has opened and we are seeking someone who is passionate about what they do. You will be part of a friendly, hardworking, awesome team based in our Bakery in Tuckton.
A bit about you:
- Passionate about food and in particular sourdough
- Have experience working with sourdough
- Friendly with a positive and can-do attitude
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
A bit about the role:
- Mixing and managing the dough and shaping of loaves and buns
- Producing high-quality products efficiently and consistently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the kitchen and work area
- Adhere to food safety regulations and guidelines
This is a night bakers role and usual start will be between 5pm & 7pm.
