Are you an experienced leader with a passion for delivering exceptional operational results? We’re looking for a dynamic Contract Manager who has experience within the Cleaning Industry to oversee service delivery across multiple locations. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, drive operational excellence, and make a tangible impact for both clients and the company.
Reporting to: Divisional Director/Regional Account Director
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations, ensuring all contractual and company standards are met.
- Motivate, develop, and lead teams including Site Managers, Supervisors, and Cleaning Operatives to deliver exceptional service.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure timely completion of all administrative tasks, compliance with HR policies, and payroll accuracy.
- Conduct regular site inspections, monitor performance, and address any operational challenges.
- Travel between contract locations to provide leadership and support where required.

Hours and Salary
- Monday to Friday
- 40 hours per week
- Flexibility with hours as operations require
- £40,000 P/A
