Purpose of the Position
We are looking for a motivated intern to join our Block Management Team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in block management, learn from our experienced team, and contribute to the daily operations of our department.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist Block Managers: Help maintain client relationships with leaseholders and freeholders through fluid and frequent communication.
- Shadowing: Accompany Block Managers on their duties to learn about block management processes.
- Property Visits: Conduct visits to properties to ensure they are well-maintained and presentable.
- Key Audits: Carry out audits of keys to ensure proper management and organization.
- Flyering: Distribute flyers and other promotional materials as needed.
- Attend AGMs: Assist in Annual General Meetings for buildings, taking minutes and engaging with clients.
- Administrative Support: Handle tasks such as filing, data entry, processing invoices, answering calls, and monitoring the team inbox.
- General Running Tasks: Assist with various day-to-day tasks and errands as needed.
