We are seeking a talented and passionate Hair Stylist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various hair services, including cutting, coloring, and styling, with a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in enhancing our clients' beauty and confidence while maintaining a clean and welcoming salon environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a range of hair services, including cutting, coloring, styling, and hair extensions.
- Utilize knowledge of color theory to achieve desired results for clients.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in accordance with salon protocols.
- Use salon software such as ISALON for scheduling appointments and managing client records.
- Assist with front desk duties, including greeting clients and managing retail sales.
- Mentor junior stylists and provide guidance on techniques and best practices.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling, barbering, makeup application, and nail care.
- Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Upsell products and services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Requirements
- Valid cosmetology or barbering license is required.
- Proficiency in hair styling techniques, including straight razor cutting and hair threading.
- Experience with hair extensions and eyelash extensions is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with retail math for effective sales management.
- Excellent communication skills to convey ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced salon environment.

Pay: £26,000.00-£45,152.46 per year
Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
