Position: Bid Coordinator
Base Location: Bathgate
Working Pattern: Permanent / Full Time / 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £35,000 per year

Our company is growing, and we have an excellent opportunity for a Bid Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will support the Head of Bid to assist with all aspects of coordination within the bid team and support the Head of Bid in terms of opportunity recording, reporting and PQQ completion. This an ideal role for candidates looking to develop their writing skills, with training opportunities to become a Bid Writer. This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.
What will you be doing?
- Ensuring the CRM system is fully maintained.
- Mainiting team tracker reports
- Working with writers to develop engaging case studies by liaising with subject matter experts across the business
- General administrative support to the Bid Writing Team
What Should You Have?
- Experience bid coordination industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience of CRM systems
- Attention to detail with strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
