Behaviour Mentor – Crawley
Location: Crawley, West Sussex
Pay: £89 per day
Hours: Full-time preferred, part-time considered
Do you have the confidence, patience, and resilience to support young people facing barriers to learning? A large secondary school in Crawley is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to work 1:1 and in small groups with students who need a little extra guidance.
This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students' school experiences, helping them manage behaviour, develop confidence, and re-engage with learning.
You’ll need:
A valid DBS on the update service
Up-to-date safeguarding
A calm and empathetic approach
Ideal for those with youth work, coaching, or pastoral experience.
