Responsibilities
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, facials, massage, manicure, pedicure, waxing/threading
- Maintain a welcoming front desk environment, assisting clients with bookings and inquiries.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that all guests feel valued and cared for during their visit.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and boost revenue.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills to effectively understand client needs and preferences.
- Uphold the highest standards of hygiene and safety in all treatments provided.
Skills
- Proven experience in management within a beauty or hospitality setting is advantageous.
- Proficiency in social media management to effectively promote services and engage with the community.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Experience in front desk operations, including appointment scheduling and client interaction.
- Excellent communication skills to build rapport with clients
