Duties
- Perform a variety of beauty treatments including brow treatments , eyelash extensions, nails and waxing.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and handling inquiries.
- Assist in social media management to promote services and engage with clients online.
- Upsell products and services to enhance the client experience and increase revenue.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, ensuring all tools and products are sanitised.
- Demonstrate strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Provide hospitality to guests, creating a welcoming atmosphere within the salon.
Experience
- 5 years experience in the beauty industry, guest services.
- Strong customer service background with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Experience in social media management is advantageous for promoting services effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
