We are seeking a talented and passionate part time, Beautician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for enhancing beauty and providing exceptional customer service. This role involves not only performing beauty treatments but also ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for clients. Duties
- Provide a range of beauty treatments, and skincare services.
- Perform specialised services such as eyelash extensions and deep tissue massage.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling appointments and greeting clients with warmth and professionalism.
- Deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring that each client feels valued and pampered during their visit.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience and meet their beauty needs.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the treatment areas to ensure a safe and inviting environment.
- Engage with clients on social media platforms to promote services and build brand presence.
Requirements
- Proven experience in the beauty industry with relevant qualifications or certifications.
- Strong background in customer service, with excellent communication skills.
- Experience in hospitality is highly desirable, as it contributes to creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Ability to manage social media accounts effectively to engage with clients online.
- A proactive approach to upselling services and products based on client needs.
- A passion for beauty trends and techniques, along with a commitment to continuous professional development.
