Job Overview
We have an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced Beauty Therapist to join our friendly and professional team at Beauty Room Cardiff in Whitchurch on a part-time basis (2 days a week initially). The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year experience of delivering beauty treatments and services within the industry and NVQ Level 2 certificate in Beauty Therapy (or higher). As a Beautician, you will be responsible for enhancing the appearance and confidence of our clients through various beauty services. You will be providing manicure, pedicure, lash lift and eyebrow treatments to customers. You will play a key role in creating a welcoming environment, providing an exceptional customer service and ensuring that your clients leave feeling satisfied and rejuvenated. We would like the successful candidate to start as soon as possible.
Duties
- Provide manicures, pedicures, lash lift and eyebrow treatments.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the salon or treatment area.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat visits and referrals.
- Stay updated on the latest beauty trends, techniques, and products to provide informed recommendations.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 certificate in Beauty Therapy (or higher)
- At least 1 years experience providing treatments to customers within the beauty industry.
- Be able provide manicure, pedicure, lash lift and eyebrow treatments.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- A passion for the beauty industry and a desire to help clients look and feel their best.
- Ability to work well within a small team environment while also being comfortable working independently.
