Job Summary
The Copper Kiln Bar and Resturant, Richmond Park Hotel is currently recruiting for a full-time and part-time F&B Bartender/Server to join our team.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet and engage guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards.
- Take food and drink orders accurately and deliver them promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions accurately.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address concerns promptly.
- Restock bar inventory and supplies as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow all hotel policies, procedures, and alcohol service regulations.
Requirements
- You must have a minimum of 2 years experience working in a busy bar or resturant in a similar position.
- Fluent in English and excellent communication skills.
- We have full time and part time positions available for the right candidate
- There is room for carrer progression and advancement
- Support and training will be provided to help you to excel
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Zero hours contract
Pay: From £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
