Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Barista to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the art of coffee making and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages with precision and care
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station and dining area
- Operate coffee-making equipment effectively
- Upsell additional products or specials to customers
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Basic math skills for handling transactions and cash handling
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
