We are seeking a skilled Baristas and Head Barista to join our team in creating exceptional coffee experiences for our customers. If you have a passion for coffee and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages following recipes and quality standards.
-Prepare and serve a variety of desserts following recipes and quality standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, handling payments, and addressing customer inquiries
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitisation of the coffee preparation area and equipment and overall bar.
- Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise and supplies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations
Required Skills:
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a friendly attitude
-Previous experience as a Barista
- Strong time management skills to handle peak hours effectively
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately
- Experience in food preparation
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Barista training or certification
