We are seeking a passionate and skilled Barista and a team member to join our team and provide exceptional service to our customers while crafting high - quality beverages. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques, a friendly demeanor, and a commitment to delivering an outstanding customer experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages and other speciality drinks according to our established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station, dining areas, and equipment.
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate and maintain coffee-making equipment, ensuring it is in good working condition.
- Assist with inventory management, including ordering, stocking and managing supplies.
- Support team members in achieving café goals and and maintain a positive work environment.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations, including food safety and sanitation policies.
Skills
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast -paced environment while maintaining attention to details.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak hours as needed.
- Passion for coffee and commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
- Excellent time management abilities to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- A genuine desire to help others and provide outstanding customer service.
- Experience in food preparation is an advantage but not essential; training will be provided.

Pay: From £12.21 per hour
