Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of hair services including cutting, colouring, and styling to meet client preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired looks and provide professional recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in hair styling and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Promote salon products and services to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive salon atmosphere.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or Barber with a portfolio of previous work.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Knowledge of various hair types, products, and techniques for styling and care.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A valid hairdressing qualification or certification is preferred.
- Passion for the beauty industry and commitment to continuous professional development.
