- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service, ensuring repeat business and client satisfaction.
- Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and techniques to offer innovative services.
- Assist in promoting salon products and services to enhance the overall client experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in hair styling or barbering is preferred, showcasing a strong portfolio of work.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
- A background in customer service is essential, demonstrating the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere.
- A passion for hair styling, with an eagerness to learn new techniques and trends within the industry.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing or barbering are advantageous.
