We are seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Barber. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional hair styling and barbering services to our clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will utilise your creativity and expertise to deliver stylish cuts, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere in the shop
We are offering employed or self employed paid per hour not on a rent a chair basis
Duties
- Provide professional hair styling and barbering services, including cutting, and grooming.
- Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences, offering expert advice on styles and treatments.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Build strong relationships with clients through excellent customer service and effective communication skills.
- Stay updated on current trends in hair styling and barbering techniques to provide the best service possible.
- Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance client experience.
Requirements
- minimum 1 year
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong communication skills to engage with clients and understand their requirements.
- A passion for hair styling and an eye for detail to ensure high-quality results.
- Relevant qualifications or certifications in hairdressing/barbering are preferred but not essential.
