Your Role
This isn’t for the average barber. It’s for those who want to lead from the front. You’ll represent the elite: skilled, sharp, and obsessed with quality.
- Deliver flawless cuts, fades, beard work and tailored grooming
- Build long-term loyalty with recurring members
- Maintain a spotless, professional, and inviting shop
- Lead with discipline, energy, and pride, solo or in a team
- Manage your time with efficiency and precision
- Be the face of quality, consistency, and premium grooming
Working Hours (split between two barbers with alternate shifts)
Monday–Friday: 7:00-13:30 (Barber 1) 13:30-20:00 (Barber 2)
Saturday & Sunday: 8:00-15:00 (rotating between Saturday and Sunday)
️ 37.5 hours / 6 days a week
