What You’ll Be Doing:
· Leading shifts with confidence, energy, and professionalism
· Supporting and motivating front-of-house staff to deliver outstanding service
· Ensuring high standards of presentation, hygiene, and customer experience
· Managing cash, stock, and shift reports efficiently
· Handling customer feedback with care and a solutions-focused mindset
· Working closely with management to implement new systems, menus, and service standards
What We’re Looking For:
· Experience in a café/bar leadership or supervisory role
· A strong communicator with a hands-on, can-do attitude
· Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
· A passion for hospitality and pride in what you do
· Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
