Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Bar Supervisor to join our team and support the day-to-day running of our bar. You’ll be responsible for maintaining high standards of service, leading by example, supporting bar staff, and ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the bar team during shifts to ensure smooth service.
- Open and close the bar as required, including cashing up and stock checks.
- Ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
- Train and mentor new and existing team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with health and safety regulations.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, deliveries, and stock rotation.
- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
- Assist with event set-up and service where required.
- Uphold licensing laws and company policies.
Requirements
- Previous bar or hospitality experience (minimum 1 year in a supervisory or team leader role preferred).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Confident, approachable, and able to lead a team.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
- Personal Licence holder (desirable but not essential).
- MUST BE AVAILABLE THURSDAY TO SUNDAY.

Pay: £23,350.00-£25,125.00 per year
