Duties

- Oversee food preparation and production processes, ensuring high-quality standards are maintained at all times.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and best practices in all aspects of food handling and storage.
- Train and mentor team members in culinary techniques, service excellence, and operational procedures.
- Assist in menu planning and development, contributing creative ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations.
- Address any customer concerns or feedback promptly to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with management to implement strategies for improving service efficiency and team performance.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is essential.
- Strong culinary skills with a background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen management.
- Knowledge of food safety standards and regulations is crucial for maintaining compliance.
- Excellent leadership abilities with experience in team management and staff development.
- Previous experience in hospitality or hotel settings is advantageous.
- Familiarity with barista duties or beverage preparation is a plus.
