The Site
The Cricketers Pub in Worthing is a community pub in Broadwater. We serve a good selection of quality drinks including lots of real ales and local sparkling wines alongside our traditional British menu. We host various entertainment including a weekly quiz, live music and lots of other eclectic events.
Our management team needs some additional support to help run this site, we are looking for someone who is experienced, this is a busy site so you need to enjoy a fast pace service.
Ideal experience / candidate
· A people person, with a love for hospitality
· Positive thinker, capable of using initiative
· Previous supervisor experience
· Great attention to detail
· Confident with all aspects of food service
· Comfortable cashing up & locking up
· Cellar management including handling real ales
· Have a clear grasp of stock control and the ability to do line checks
· Must hold a personal licence

We are a small independent pub company with sites in Brighton, Hove and Worthing. Our pubs are community led with a welcoming atmosphere run by professional hard-working teams of staff. We run all our own kitchens with a range of food offers using the best of local fresh food suppliers.
