We open everyday serving only the best quality drinks in a relaxed, welcoming environment
As a Supervisor you will be assisting the GM with all areas of the business as well as having specific accountability for staff training and development
GENERAL DUTIES
- Exceeding guest expectations by providing exceptional service and staff management
- Staff training and development
- Service leadership and floor management
- Administration duties
- Keyholding
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Previous experience in a similar role in a quality Bar or Restaurant (essential)
- Ability to motivate and lead staff
- Works well under pressure with excellent delegation skills
- Training skills
- Ability to recognise a problem when it arises and be able to resolve it appropriately by using good judgement, tact and initiative.
- Be able to multi task and have excellent attention to detail.

Monday to Thursday - 3pm to 12am
Friday to Sunday - 12pm to 12am

Pay: £13.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 36 per week
