As a Bar Staff member at Sodexo, located in Delhi SGT'S Mess, Tidworth Garrison, Wiltshire, SP9 7DX
You'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for our customers, particularly the armed forces personnel we serve. What You’ll Do:
- Be an essential part of our Front of House team, ensuring the bar area runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service with a positive, helpful attitude, always going the extra mile to meet customer needs.
- Serve drinks, clear tables, and maintain cleanliness to ensure the bar and surrounding areas are spotless at all times.
- Work closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone.
What You Bring:
- Must be 18 or older due to licensing regulations.
- A positive, “can-do” attitude, with the ability to adapt to a flexible work schedule.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, to support the operational needs of the business.
