We’re on the lookout for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable individuals to join our Bar and Front of House team at The Hest Bank – a busy, welcoming pub with a great reputation for food, drink, and service.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Serving drinks and food with a smile
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently
- Keeping the bar and front of house areas clean, tidy, and well-stocked
- Delivering excellent customer service and creating a welcoming atmosphere
- Handling payments and using tills
- Supporting the team with general duties during busy periods
Who We’re Looking For:
- You must be 18 or over, as this role includes bar work and serving alcohol
- Friendly and approachable, with a positive attitude
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player
- Experience is welcome but not essential – we’re happy to provide training for the right person
