4/5 days a week on a weekly rota basis.
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests while preparing and serving a variety of beverages. Your role will be crucial in creating a welcoming atmosphere that enhances the overall customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Keyholder , Opening and closing the pub to high standard
- Cashing up tills
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
- Assist customers with their drink selections, providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, demonstrating basic maths skills for processing payments.
- Ensure compliance with responsible service of alcohol policies.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to maintain high levels of service.
- Engage with customers to create a friendly and inviting atmosphere, enhancing their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in bartending or a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred.
- Strong understanding of responsible alcohol service.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Basic maths skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
- A friendly, approachable demeanour with outstanding customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.
