Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to an enjoyable experience for all patrons.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers in a friendly manner, taking orders and providing recommendations.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, utilising basic maths skills.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is highly desirable.
- Strong time management skills to efficiently handle multiple tasks during busy periods.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a passion for providing outstanding customer service.
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and drink measurements.
- A willingness to learn bartending techniques and contribute positively to the team environment.
