Responsibilities
- Serve drinks and food items promptly and efficiently to customers.
- Maintain a clean and organised bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety standards.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
- Assist in restocking supplies and managing inventory levels as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations, promoting a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Experience
- Previous experience in a restaurant or bar setting is preferred but not essential; training will be provided.
- A strong background in hospitality is advantageous, showcasing your ability to deliver excellent customer service.
- Familiarity with food safety practices is beneficial to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Time management skills are crucial for efficiently handling multiple orders during peak hours.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6 – 16 per week
