We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our Bar Staff team in a vibrant members only club in the heart of Lymington. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service to our members.
Duties
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including beers, wines, and cocktails
- Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the bar area
- Handle cash transactions and operate the till accurately
- Assist in restocking bar inventory and supplies
- Adhere to food safety regulations and uphold high standards of hygiene
Skills
- Proficiency in bartending techniques
- Strong hospitality skills with a customer-focused approach
- Excellent time management abilities to handle busy periods efficiently
- Basic maths skills for handling transactions and stock management
- Knowledge of food safety practices
- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar environment is advantageous
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: £12.50 per hour
Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
