Your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring the bar area is always clean, organised, and well-maintained.
- Taking orders, serving food and beverages, and providing recommendations to guests.
- Preparing the bar for service, clearing and resetting tables.
- Informing guests about our products and services, and answering any questions.
- Ensuring that there is sufficient glassware, stock, and other items for each shift
The successful candidate will have weekend availability (including xmas day, new years eve and bank holidays) and ideally previous bar experience, though training can be provided. Main duties will include supporting function bar service for larger events with opportunities to work in the public bar once training is complete.
