Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve preparing and serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and contributing to a positive dining experience.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
- Engage with customers, taking orders and providing recommendations based on their preferences.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain high standards of cleanliness at the bar area.
- Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during busy periods.
- Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic maths skills for billing purposes.
- Assist in restocking supplies and maintaining inventory levels as needed.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations within the restaurant environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is preferred but not essential; a willingness to learn is key.
- Strong hospitality skills with a passion for helping others enjoy their experience.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic maths skills for processing payments and managing tabs effectively.
- Bartending experience or relevant training is a plus but not mandatory; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all.

Pay: £10.00-£12.21 per hour
