We are looking for a bar and restaurant supervisor to join our award-winning team. We are on the hunt for someone who can thrive within an extremely busy and fast-paced environment, work well under pressure, can lead by example, maintain a smile on their face and provide excellent customer service at all times!
You must be passionate about the food and drink industry and possess a natural flair for customer service and hospitality.
You will report directly to the General and Assistant Manager and aid with the day to day duties that include, but are not limited to;
- Shift management
- Till operation
- Providing outstanding customer service
- Cash handling
- Opening and closing procedures
- Social Media content and replying to customer enquiries.
- Preparing and serving cocktails, drinks and barista coffee.
Experience within a fast-paced food & beverage venue is essential. Cocktail knowledge and experience will be advantageous but not essential.
