The Jolly Botanist is a multi award winning gin bar and dining room in the West End of Edinburgh.
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic people to join our independent team.
The ideal candidate will have good knowledge in both food and drinks with a keen interest in gin and cocktails.

Pay and tips ( £3 - £3.5 per hour ) are paid weekly and free staff food is provided on shift
