Position: Bar & Catering Assistant
Contract: Full Time (40 hours per week, annualised hours)
Location: Aspley Guise, Bedfordshire
About the Role:
We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to support the smooth operation of the bar and catering services within our member owned golf club. You will play a key role in delivering a high-quality experience to members and guests in a welcoming clubhouse environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serving drinks and food in the bar and dining areas
- Assisting with preparation and service for functions and events
- Ensuring cleanliness and presentation of service areas
- Delivering friendly and efficient customer service at all times
- Working collaboratively with the wider club team
- Opening and closing the club on a rota basis
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in hospitality or catering (preferred)
- A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and a team-player mindset
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and early mornings as required
- Must be 18+ due to bar service duties
